Guest guest
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has something that works for them- I'm trying to cut out milk from my diet, and it's going smoothly- except with my morning coffee! Non-dairy creamer is TERRIBLE for you, and I'm allergic to soy milk, so I'm feeling as if I'm left with no options- does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for the help! Guest guest
I had the same problem. I really disliked the taste of soy or rice milk in my cofee, I firstly made my coffee a bit less strong, then very slowly reduced the amount of milk I put in. I added nice flavours to make it interesting, like cinnamon or vanilla, which smoothed out the flavors. Also, I switched to decaf, which is much less addictive, yet still very tasty. I now only put milk or cream in coffee that is very bad tasting, and I find I can't finish because the milk is so unpleasant. Mostly, I stick with decaf teas now. Good luck, it's quite the process. Have you tried the coffee without milk? I swear to you, I've communicated with the coffee beans and they really really don't like to be associated with milk!
