Hi Libbi,

I don't know why you are cutting out the milk in your diet, so would it makes a difference to just have a little bit of milk in your morning coffee; and not use milk in the rest of your diet?

I sure miss the milk, and I am allergic to things like corn syrup and aspartame and yellow # 5 and casein, a protein in milk. I tried rice milk and not too thrilled about it. I think we need to retrain ourselves to like new things. So maybe if you try the rice milk and give yourself a chance to like the change.

This is what I did, I dip my spoon in a bottle of White Stevia and just use what is coated on the spoon to sweeten the coffee. It makes up for not having the milk in the coffee for me. Plus, there are no calories to speak of and it does not wreck havoc with your blood sugar. I love ice coffee and was missing the milk and sugar in it. Using White Stevia in the ice coffee, with what is coated on the spoon, makes up for it.

Coffee??

Hi all,I was wondering if anyone has something that works for them- I'm trying to cut out milk from my diet, and it's going smoothly- except with my morning coffee! Non-dairy creamer is TERRIBLE for you, and I'm allergic to soy milk, so I'm feeling as if I'm left with no options- does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

Good one. I've also seen sweet and black, or hot and black. Woops, behave!
