What has this got to do with Vegetarian cooking? I thought I had joined a group of Vegetarians sharing recipes and tips for living the vegetarian life-style. I'm leaving the group if this kind of filth is allowed to be freely advertised here. I spend a lot of time getting rid of junk mail, I don't expect to get it via email groups that are specific topic groups.

Hi,

Apparently there is no one monitoring the group. If you have "blocker" on your email program, use it. Open the offending post and click on your blocker. It will keep that particular post from showing up in your email box again, while still getting the proper posts.

I have Outlook Express. If you do too and don't know how to use the blocker, try this: Click on message, find the word blocker and click on it. It is that simple.

It's a spam email that someone has sent. Likely someone joined specifically to spam us, and set their settings on no mail. Then they sent the spam, and may or may not have d. This happens from time to time on lists. Then when people re-send the message in replies, that doubles their bang for the buck.
