Everyone are in different levels of getting where they want to go. For those who like the store-bought already made veggie-oriented items, I say go for it! I am trying them out to explore them because they are new to me; but I have never really been one for pre-pared store bought stuff since I was a kid. I am looking forward to incorporating the recipes you posted this week, this month. The person who needed the answer the most was very appreciative and the information was just what she needed. It seems that if people have to be worried about offending each other when giving of the benefit of their experience and knowledge *in a forum specifically formed for the purpose of doing so*, then " politcally correct " is a euphemism for censorhship.
