Guest guest
Hi Gordon, See if this web site has what you are looking for. I can't get to it right now to see if I am remembering correctly, but it will only take a few minutes for you to see if they have a product for your needs. I think the product I am thinking of is called "super food", supporting the vegan lifestyle. http://www.organichealthandbeauty.com/index.html Susan R. - Gordon Elder Friday, September 05, 2003 1:21 PM B12 and B6 Are there natural food sources for B12 and B6 vitamins.I know we need to suppliment but a friend of mine was recently telling me there are no plant sources for these vitamins.I disputed this of course but I would like some more info on this.Thank you. Guest guest
--- B " H I love the site Susan offerred. In general you get get a plethora of information on the net. Just search B12 B6+Natural Sources. You'll get more than you know what to do with. That's what I do. Then I come to the groups with any specific questions I may have, or if I learned something new and wonderful and want to share it. Guest guest
--- B " H May I suggest that you get your Vit B complex from Brewer's Yeast Tablets with Vit B12? Brewer's Yeast has the entire complex, except B12, so they add it. Brewer's yeast is a natural source. Artificial vitamins are just not absorbed properly by the body. Another caveat: When we take a high dosage of any one of the B vitamins it causes a lack of the others. It is necessary to take the entire complex together. It is not a good idea to just take B6 or B12 separately as many do. I urge you to research what I've written here and see for yourself.
