We live and homeschool in NW, Arizona right now. We are new to vegetarian cooking and are looking for lots of good recipes that will make our transition to a healthier lifestyle most enjoyable. I am also "new" to vegetarianism, even though I have been buying vegetarian cookbooks and making dishes over the years. I, too, am new to vegetarianism (July 18th of this year), and my oldest daughter became a vegetarian the day after I did. I am Darlene, wife to Barry and stay-at-home homeschooling Mom to Christine, 14, Joshua, 8, Sarah, 6, and Becky (Rebekah), 3 1/2. We live in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada with a 5 yo black lab/bull terrier named Sasha and a 9 month old kitten named Angel (she is pure white with a couple of gray hairs on her forehead).
