There is no moderator and the owner of this list left without appointing anyone to take care of it, so we are pretty helpless to do anything to stop the sex spammers from posting. However, we started a new list : 2/ You will likely find what you are seeking there. That list is owned and moderated by several of us who used to love this list and the concept of quick vegetarian recipes. Also, I own another large vegetarian cooking and discussion list at this address: It is a friendly list and we do share many recipes along with a good amount of discussion on topics related to food, cooking, and being a vegetarian. You might enjoy being a member there as well.
