CRUNCHY WEDGES 4-6 large floury potatoes 1-2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. mustard powder 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp ground pepper Salt to taste 2 Tbsp. oil Scrub the potatoes but do not peel. Cut into wedges. Place the potatoes, paprika, mustard powder, flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag and shake well to evenly coat the potatoes. Heat the oil in the baking dish for 2 - 3 minutes then add the wedges. Bake, uncovered, in a pre-heated (400F) oven for 20 - 30 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crunchy. Turn once during cooking. ===== " Achievement is a habit... cultivate it.
