Guest guest
All of the seitan that is made up that I can buy, the stuff in the packages like tofu, is so broken up it is irritating. No nice slices, just pieces and some so tiny. Is that what you get? I requested that my store get the beef flavored one, but they haven't done so yet. And do you know of a brand that comes in slices? Oh, one thing, the liquid in the seitan I buy says you can make gravy with it...be careful, it is incredibly salty. I have a southern fried seitan I will send later, maybe tomorrow. I am so painfully stuffed...painfully. And we still have dessert...maybe five hours from now. LOL linda " Whatever you do will be insignificant and it is very important that you do it.
