Guest guest
I ate so much it's almost time for lunch and I'm still full from last night. I'm going to go pick in my doggie bag right now. Guest guest
Hello Isis (Supreme Goddess) I usually don't comment on posts as a doctor, as doctors know as much or less about nutrition than your average person, but I have been studying overtime, with literature I have gotten from dieticians who I respect and admire, and I must comment, I am so happy to see you say this, it is not the fact that you are full from last night's meal that you don't crave much today. In fact, eating much will actually " stretch " one's stomach, making you crave more today. The reason you are not wanting to overindulge today is that you are eating healthy and your body is assimilated to eating in this manner. It is a wonderful thing. It's not the meal you had yesterday, it was the choices you made yesterday. Your body is saying, " yes, thanks, I like this. Guest guest
Hi Gayle (merry and lively one) Visit with daughter is going very well. She is the joy of my life. She is just 5 months old and very alert. I know, I sound like a typical daddy. :laughs: She brings out the child in me. When times are stressful I look at that face and all the troubles dissipate. My specialty? Making women wish I were dead? :big laughs: No seriously, my specialty is Cardiology. This is what brought me to vegetarianism. Speaking of which, since I am now alone I do wish to start incorporating the " heart healthy " foods into my diet, also known as garlic and onion. :big smile: my daughter is too young to complain just yet. Today I am preparing the baked garlic, and I will spread it upon some wheat toast beds. Thank you for your concern Gayle, Ron On Behalf Of glpveg4life Friday, November 25, 2005 9:21 PM Re: Re: I did it! :-D Att-All I'm still stuffed HI Ron: How is your visit with your daughter going?
