I'll look for some to post in my cookbooks of recipes tried for you. I even have an avocado sweet bread I make. Nope, it's not green. When it bakes it the color changes. Guest guest Posted November 26, 2005 Report Share Posted November 26, 2005 I started eating them regularly (3-4 a week) over a 6 month period when my cholesterol was high (279) and 6 months later it was down to 179. I could be wrong, but your cholesterol lowering sounds logical! P.S I lost the debate, somewhat. He did agree that they are still great for you!
