Hey Lee, when I went to the library this last weekend, one of the

three books I got was also Linda's cookbook. I've made a couple of

things out of there. I like that her recipes are pretty simple, and I

like that she uses a lot of TVP in her recipes. I'll post the mushroom

dish I made last night.
