Some are a little harder to find than others. Depending where you

are, plantains are hard to find... some of the herbs maybe... but

mostly they've seemed ok - however, I've usually been in a fairly

large city (except for a couple of years a couple of years ago, where

I couldn't even find celery root!).

plantains are all over the place here. In the Latin markets as well as our

grocery stores. I can always find spices since there are many multi-ethnic

small stores in my area.

I have been seeing Plantains in our grocery stores for years.

 

I am in Connecticut.
