elephant garlic and shallots question Chanda

Funny how a huge elephant garlic is mild.

I like the garlic with purple colored skins the best.

Do you notice it's stronger? It seems to have a better flavor when baked.

Thanks! I will bake my elephant garlic up and I think I will saute

some shallots with extra firm tofu and a sauce.
