Goat Cheese Grapes (recipe)

these are great for parties. you can also make these

with a mixture of half cream cheese and half bleu

cheese and rolled in pecans.

 

Goat Cheese Grapes

 

2 packages of goat cheese (6-8 ounces)

30 green grapes, washed and completely dried

Pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped very small

 

Pat the goat cheese around each grape until covered.

Roll in you hand into a perfectly round shape, then

roll the covered grape in the ground nuts. Refrigerate

to store but let stand at room temperature for an hour

before serving to maximize the full flavor of the

cheese.
