Guest guest
I didn't know if my computer would print the book for me but it did. Thank you Amy for this. I never heard a miso but I will go and look for it. I want to try all the new foods I see in here and the recipes in the miso small book look not hard. It's fermented soybean paste, and is very good for you. Just don't use too much, as the site mentioned, because it is very salty! But the living food is excellent stuff... Let us know what you make! :-) *hugs* Amy
Guest guest
HI Paul: If you go to an Asian store asking for it you may need to ask for soybean paste. It is the same thing. Gayle
