Miso Thank you for the book Amy

I didn't know if my computer would print the book for me but it did.

Thank you Amy for this. I never heard a miso but I will go and look

for it. I want to try all the new foods I see in here and the recipes

in the miso small book look not hard.

Paul - you will like miso. It's fermented soybean paste, and is very

good for you. Just don't use too much, as the site mentioned, because

it is very salty! But the living food is excellent stuff... Let us

know what you make! :-)
