Yep, I drink a packet every morning as part of my prenatal routine. In

fact on Sunday, I tried it with hot water and it was really good! I

drink the tangerine flavor. Our Wal-Mart carries it.

What exactly *is* Emer'gen-C, please? I take it it's a Vitamin C supplement

of some sort?

I swallow a 1,000 mg capsule of Vitamin C every day and if I feel a cold

comin' on, I take two or three a day.

 

Fizzy drink version. That reminds me of those funny fizzy drinks in the 60s,

anybody else remember 'em? they had silly fruit faces. One was called " Goofy

Grape " . Another was " Silly Strawberry " . :>) They were tablets that you put

in a glass of water and they fizzzzed and bubbled, really fun to drink!

 

Likely no fruit in them, though.

I found Emer'gen-C at Target! Good stuff, I used to be a K teacher

and am going to nursing school now and I swear by the fizzy stuff...

and obsessive hand-washing.
