ha ha ha, sorry to offend, beet queen,

I' m still trying to like them. I have never made them at home,

I've been too scared. I will try your version~

I'm always looking for recipes for greens (collard, kale) I got some

good suggestions last month...um fresh beets? how to make them so they

If you don't like them, don't try to like them, what the hey, there are 50

million other yummy foods out there, don't stress about it.

aren't beets really good for you? I mean all veggies are, but

they're high in some nutrient and good because of the deep color?

That's why I keep forcing myself to make kale and other super

foods...to conteract my whipped cream in my coffee habit! : )

this is true because when I tried it it wasn't cooked the right way.
