Guest guest Posted December 16, 2005 Report Share Posted December 16, 2005 Salsa with juicer pulp Make tomato juice from 3 medium tomatoes in your vegetable juicer. Add 1 lemon (peeled but with white pith remaining), 1 clove garlic, 2 fresh jalapeno peppers and 1 small red onion (for crunchier salsa, chop the onion). Combine all the fresh vegetable juices with the pulp. Stir, add a little salt and some chopped celery or onion and serve with vegetables or chips. Yields 1 cup.
