Do you think your can find the Greek wine? White wine works but it

doesn't have the exact flavor.

I hope so! I bought some retsina at my local liquor store last year so I'm

hopeful to succeed again. :)

I'm in Calif and we have a good selection of Calif wines but I have never heard

of this wine before. I'm going to try and find it also. I want to make this

dish just as posted. I love mushrooms.
