replacing the replacer Erin

I know when baking I usually sub. milk for soy milk in recipes but

sometimes using a sub. for eggs doesn't work as well. Applesauce

usually makes the breads too moist or wet inside. Did you ever notice

that?

Chanda says forget the egg replacer for matzoh ball soup, but I use it

all the time. See my recipe posted on Aish.com:

well that is good to know. I tried using flax and it was a pot full of mush. I

was scared to try the egg replacer. Next tim ei will.
