sauerkraut balls, & horseradish sauce PT

I made my sauce like this PT Hope you like it.

HORSERADISH SAUCE

 

4 tbls. grated horseradish

1 tsp. fine sugar

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp .pepper

2 tsps. light brown mustard

4 tbls. cream

 

Mix all in a bowl and serve. More horseradish makes hotter.
