Guest guest
WHOOPSY! Forgot to say that I also added about 2 - 3 T. flaxseed meal to the batter when I added the banana mixture. I knew I forgot something! The flaxseed meal comes out in little speckles all thru the pancakes. Next time I go to the grocery store I'll get some wholewheat flour and make pancakes using half that and half unbleached.
