There were lots of fireworks - there is a display involving all 7

hills round Edinburgh so it was very loud and so I held the cats'

paws. The tv has moved on to somewhat morose singing in Gaelic so I'm

off to bed - how sad is that? However I am (finally) going to make the

vegetarian haggis tomorrow so I'll let you know the outcome.
