Guest guest
I made a resolution to learn more and more about cooking for myself from the group and use the recipes in the files for things to take for lunch. I almost don't eat any of the fast foods anymore. You know like the Taco Bell bean burritos or the salads from MacDonalds. I did but the diet can't start until tomorrow.....I'm sure it will only last a few days. I certainly enjoy food and all the fabulous recipes bestowed upon us in here. > Isis > > > > DSL Something to write home about. Guest guest
Eat more healthy vegetarian meals. Incorporate more raw recipes into my diet. Cut down on dairy products, heh, except cheese. Do a cleanse at least 4 times this year. Begin an aromatherapy course and stick to it. Lynn in CA.
