Guest guest Posted January 6, 2006 Report Share Posted January 6, 2006 Hello, This is my crude recipe for grilled potatoes. It is not mine actually, I have stolen it from a nice lady named Emma. Slice potatoes to the thickness that you desire. To me, the thinner the better. Put the potato slices into a bowl and pour some olive oil over them and toss. Add some spices such as garlic powder, ( I never used to do this, but Emma has changed me :laughs:) and some spices such as chives or scallions or onion, thyme and basil, whatever you have on hand, and toss this together. Align potatoes onto grill overlapping as infrequently as possible. grill for about 10 minutes and turn. grill for about 10 more, or to desired crispiness.
