HI PT:

My daughter is veg, my husband and son are not. My son likes broccoli,

tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and I am sure some other veggies. He is a big fan

of salad. But he likes chicken and turkey. My husband is a MEAT person. He

won't try any of the analogs, or any tofu things. He will however use soy

milk in cooking and eat things that I make using soy milk in them.

A lot of times my son isn't home for dinner.

I choose to be vegetarian and if they choose not to be that is there choice.

Well, I wanted and tried so hard to accomplish it a few weeks, back, Amy.

But I gave up. And then tonight,,,it just happened. I guess if you try too

hard you'll backfire. Just give up and relax and THEN a change will occur.
