I've been drinking it once a day for over a year now and I haven't even gotten a little cold. James has been sick at least three times so far this season and many people in my office have had colds. So far I haven't even had the sniffles, except my allergies have been heightened, but that's typical of pregnancy. This is one product I would whole-heartedly recommend. I am not really a vitamin taker.. but this is good for boosts.. I had an accident last January .. maybe feb.. anyway..
