Guest guest
1 cake of pressed tofu cut into cubes 1/2 cup bread crumbs 2 TBS corn meal here is where I stop measuring some sage, black pepper, white pepper, spike seasoning, garlic powder, basil, oregano, salt. pour into a plastic bag and shake it to combine. Put the tofu into the bag and shake, shake, shake your booty. place a piece of parchment paper on the cookie sheet and spread some oil over it. Put breaded tofu on parchment spray with cooking spray. bake at 350 20-25 minutes. I turned them over once at about 15 minutes. You can eat it with a dipping sauce or add it to a salad, or pasta. Eat and enjoy My daughter is telling me I didn't measure anything. I think I did. as you can tell we are not big on measuring.
Guest guest
This sounds really good, Gayle... especially the shake your booty part. *lol* Cooking and excersize combined! Thanks for the great idea. ~ pt ~ For us the highest purpose of this world is not merely living in it, knowing it and making use of it, but realizing our own selves in it through expansion of sympathy; not alienating ourselves from it and dominating it, but comprehending and uniting it with ourselves in perfect union. ~ Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941) ~~~*~~~*~~~> , glpveg4life@a... wrote: > > 1 cake of pressed tofu cut into cubes > 1/2 cup bread crumbs > 2 TBS corn meal > here is where I stop measuring > some sage, black pepper, white pepper, spike seasoning, garlic powder, > basil, oregano, salt. > > pour into a plastic bag and shake it to combine. > > Put the tofu into the bag and shake, shake, shake your booty.
