How about this one? I have a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant by the beach

in my area, owned by a Chinese man and he makes the best stir fried Chinese

veggie Mexican burrito probably on planet earth......

Now I make very good Swedish Hasselback potatoes with black beans and mild

salsa on top and a sprinkle of chopped onions, radishes and cilantro.

I'll post the recipe if you are interested..........Donna

Has anyone enjoyed any other dishes fusing very different styles of

cooking? I am currently imagining Indian restaurants in Mexico

offering tandoori fajitas.

Chinese burrito.........~lol~

I put chopped apples in my spaghetti sauce and as it cooks it takes on

a bit of a chewy texture and the sweetness leaves the

apple........Does that count as an ethnic recipe mix? What does

everyone else mix up?
