I know you bake bread, do you have a rustic roll recipe

that isn't too hard? I'm not a real experienced breadmaker

but I probably could master a rustic roll. I would like a recipe calling for

seeds on top.

TIA,

Isis

Sure, I'll check my recipes for you now... actually before I check -

when you say " rustic " are you looking for a crusty roll? Or do you

want a soft " dinner roll " type roll?

And bread is not too hard to make, once you get the hang of it.

Practice will help! :-)

I'd be so grateful for a recipe of a rustic whole flour crusty roll

with seeds on top. Seeds like poppy, sesame. Just an easy recipe and

only when you have time to post one for me.

Hi, Isis! You don't often find seeds on top of a crusty roll because

the high heat needed for that great crust isn't too good on the seeds.

But I'm sure I've tried a few and will look in my notebooks! :-)
