Chimol (Salvadoran salsa) recipe

I had my interior of the house painted and the painet was from El Salvador. I

made him lunch

and he in turn made this wonder salsa for me. It's not spicy either so I

loved it.

 

Chimol (Salvadoran salsa)

 

2 large radishes

3 tomatoes, diced

1 onion, chopped

1 bunch of cilantro, chopped

salt to taste

juice from one lemon or lime

jalapeno minced is optional

 

Mix all together and chill until ready to use.

Top your rice, tofu, veggie burger with this

or eat with corn chips.
