Guest guest
Still a ton of ingredients in their shampoos that are quite the mouthful. Does anyone know of a shampoo that contains only natural stuff? Or maybe a " recipe " to make your own? Guest guest
-Erin, The best I have found so far is baby shampoo. Sometimes in between shampoos I rinse my hair with white vinegar diluted half and half with water. Really shines your hair but tends to dry it. Guest guest
Erin, I found this recipe for *Egg Shampoo* in my homeopathic remedy book. I don't eat eggs but have seen organic eggs on sale for less than $2 a dozen at the health food store so maybe I will try this. Egg Shampoo 1 Tab. fresh Rosemary 2 1/2 cups hot water 1 whole egg Steep Rosemary in the water for 20 minutes and allow to cool. Beat in the egg. Massage into the hair and rinse well. Directions for dry split ends: Equal amounts of warmed castor oil and olive oil combed into the hair and wrapped in a warm towel before shampooing with the Egg Shampoo. Guest guest
Check out www.terressentials.com for organic soaps, hair washes, etc. The hair wash does take some getting used to. You won't need a conditioner! I also like Dr. Bronner's soaps and lip balms. Cyndy
