This vegetarian here is going to buy a hamburger press. What a handy

tip you posted, thanks! I will use one of the spice mixes posted in

our files to add to the breading.

I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond, in the section where they have the kitchen

gadgets, but I'm sure that most any discount store (Meijers, Walmart, Kmart,

etc) has them for under $5.00 Some of them are pretty fancy and have levers to

raise and lower the top, but a $3.00 manual one works just as well.
