Extra large vegetarian pizza Saturday and asked them to hold the

Refried beans mixed with sour cream and cheese sauce with tortilla chips for

dipping.

-Mashed potatoes,carrot-cabbage slaw and baked beans. Great comfort

food for a burrrr cold snowy day.

Tonight was Smart Tex Mex with vegan mac and cheese. :)

 

Yesterday was vegetarian pizza, no cheese for dinner.

Tofurkey Italian sausage with peppers and onions on an italian roll. Tossed

salad on the side with vinegrette dressing.

i made vegan spinach lasagna.

we had delicious sourdough rosemary bread dipped in olive oil with

dinner..

 

and before dinner we munched on edamame, which seems to be our

anytime snack lately!

 

we ate the above with a delicious Malbec.

 

I " m sure we ate other food,, but that was my fave...

 

oh.. adn I made banana bread today too.

stir fried broccoli with wax beans and mac and cheese and stewed tomtoes with

challah bread and olivio margerine.

 

Collard greens and caulifower with general tsao's bean curd (ordered out for the

bean curd part)

 

miso soup, roasted carrots, broccoli and potatoes, challah bread, 2 perogies,

and chinese tea, now there's a mix.

Made Shepherd's Pie last night. The topping was a combo of sweet and

regular potatoes. Had the left overs for lunch today.
