Guest guest
I need to bring treats to work tomorrow and I'd like to make cinnamon rolls. I would like for them to be as fresh as possible without getting up at 3 or 4 in the morning to make them. Is there a step in the process in which I can refrigerate the uncooked rolls and then bake them in the morning? I was going to use my bread machine to make the dough and then roll it out to make the rolls. However, if I choose to do it " by hand " aka my kitchen aid mixer can I still use the yeast for bread machines? thanks in advance for all your responses. Guest guest
How about making sticky buns instead? They're often better the next day, after they've had all that time to soak up the sticky goodness. -Erin , " organic_homestead " <organic_homestead> wrote: > > I need to bring treats to work tomorrow and I'd like to make cinnamon > rolls. Make them up rolled and cut, wrap in plastic wrap (make sure it is sealed well, but not tight on the surface of the rolls as they will rise a little in the fridge), and put them in the fridge. About twenty minutes before baking, bring them out and let them warm up/rise some more. Then preheat the oven and bake.
