yeast bread baking question Hi Amy

That's nice to know. I never knew if this would work or not so I've

never given it a try. I will from now on. How long is it safe

unbaked? Just overnight or a day or more?

Probably safe a couple of days... but it will lose it's rising power

and won't rise well after the first day.

I think that's why I never tried it. I was afraid everything would be flat by

the next morning. I will try it now.
