I made one of the loaves in the recipe file and topped with this 5 minutes before it was finished baking. I received compliments on both the loaf and sauce. Lawanna . West African Dipping sauce 1/2 can of the 14 ounce size of diced tomatoes (drained) 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 3 tablespoons onions, chopped 1 tablespoon japaleno pepper, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon canola oil Process all ingredients in blender or food processor except oil, bllend until smooth. Heat oil in a small skillet and place sauce in skillet, saute sauce until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve as a warm dipping sauce or spread. Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
