Hi! I have a 17 month old daughter, and am wondering how to incorporate flax

seed oil to her. I will sprinkle ground flax seed on cereal, but want her

to have the oil as a supplement. Anyone have ideas?

Hi,

When my kids were under age two, I would put a little flax oil in their

smoothies. Now that they are a little older (6 & 3), I just use ground

flaxseed: Here is my favorite smoothie recipe:

The tastiest way I've found is to put it into a smoothie. We blend banana,

frozen berries, soy milk, flax oil and maple syrup to make a delicious

smoothie. I saw someone recently add oats to the smoothie too for extra

oomf I guess.
