Guest guest
Can anyone either recommend dietary tips or reading material on recovering from the Pill and preparing for conception? I know that it depletes your B vitamins and so eating lots of B-vitamin rich foods is important, but I'm curious about how long is good to replenish your body's stores and that sort of thing. Thanks! Guest guest
Wow, some times I feel like we should have a recommended reading list posted somewhere. I have recommended it in the past and will do so unitl everybody knows. The book Taking Charge of Your Fertility is bar none the best resorce available for becoming pregnant (or not as the case may be for some of us). As for preconception diet. You've stumped me, other than a veggie pre- natal vitamin. I know of no books that address the subject. It's a great book, helped me conceive Dd. I also use Toni's software to track my cycles (Ovusoft) and just recently joined the community on the website. www.tcoyf.com ~~To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world~~
