Guest guest
Hello, here I am again. I hope I have found the right YEAST. Nobody could help in another nature store I went this morning...but I searched and I found it on a shelf. It is called " genuine brewers Yeast " (twinlab) It says. ''Contains naturally occurring amounts of vitamin B12, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, copper, ironm zinc, manganese and chronmium " . Jan says that eggs contain b12. I know Jan...but...few days ago I watched a video on animals and what there is behing meat market...Oh my Gosh..I i will never touch a piece of meat anymore...(once in a while I tasted some white meat.....) and I do not think I will be able to eat eggs for a while. My concern about nutrients is mostly because is I am still breasfeeding (even if my daugher is 29 months), but thank to you all I am on the right truck (Truck? ......I hope is the right word but anyway I gave u an idea of what I mean) Anna
Guest guest
right track!! I think you definitely are. I take a 100% vegetarian b-complex vitamin tablet. I saw the Meet your meat video.. it was so sad. If I hadn't already been veg I probably would have became one. I have a couple friends who became vegetarian (nearly vegan) after seeing the Meet your Meat video also. Renee AnnaRosaUsa wrote: Hello, here I am again. I hope I have found the right YEAST. Guest guest
breastfeeding will give your daughter most of what she needs (think of it as a tasty mama multivitamin) my little one is 23 months and still brestfed as well. i put nutritional yeast on at least one of her meals a day and give her fortified rice or soy drinks to get enough of the B12 tara - AnnaRosaUsa Thursday, February 19, 2004 8:56 PM BREWERS YEAST.
