How interesting! The Boca products I buy at my co-op don't say GMO free or anything like that, but it sounds like it's made with non-GMO ingredients. Is the lack of labelling because it is so hard to assure that products are wholly GE-free (because of cross-contamination in the fields or in processing plants)?
