Guest guest
www.gardenburger.com it is listed as vegan but contains a small amount of honey. It is very good. All my veggie friends love them. Even their picky teenaged daughters. I get Gardenburger products from walmart.. I have to say the cutlets are a staple of my diet. Along with the meatless meatloaf and riblets. Regarding the comment that I don't eat fresh fruits and veggies that someone else made. I usually eat frozen veggies that are boiled. Occasionally I eat dishes like an eggplant bake that requires me actually having to chop up fresh ingredients though. Now the fruits that I eat are typically fresh.. we usually have bananas, oranges, apples and grapes around the house that I snack on. And I typically try to get about 2 servings of fruit a day. Sometimes more on the weekends.. sometimes less during the week but it averages out. I'm not as good at that as I should be.. I find that eating fruit tends to make me hungrier and I eat more. Maybe its the natural sugar. I shouldn't be held up as an example of perfect nutrition by any means. And I hesitate to use myself as an example but I was asked how I manage to get 100 grams of protein a day. Renee themar10s wrote: What is this? It is made by Gardenburger and is available in the frozen food section of most mainstream grocery stores. They are yummy! Sheri
