Do you have some great backyard grilling recipes that

you're willing to pass on? I'm looking to move beyond

boca burgers, portabellos & kebobs.

Thanks!

we like this combo:

put boiled halved new potatoes, halved ears of corn, black beans, 3 tbsp oil,

and seasons (garlic, a pinch of cumin, salt, pepper etc) in foil packet (fold

the foil in half, then fold over 2 sides, fill and then fold over last side. I

put in hot peppers, onions and sometimes squash. Leave it on the grill for about

20 minutes, turning once. wait for them to cool, especially for kids.

My son and I really like grilled tofu. I just press some extra-firm tofu, slice

it to the thickness I like, then marinate it overnight. We prefer one of the

marinade recipes from Vegan Vittles, but a good bottled barbecue sauce (or any

favorite marinade) would work just fine. It may take a little practice when it

comes to actually grilling the tofu slices, though! I think my hubby uses a

long set of tongs for this....he's very proud of the fact that he's gotten

pretty good at grilling tofu, even though he's a die-hard meat-eater.

Get a Grill wok basket. They can be found in any decent deparment store. Then

throw everything and anything in it and experiment with different sauces.

Grilled veggies are the best.
