Guest guest
Do you have some great backyard grilling recipes that you're willing to pass on? I'm looking to move beyond boca burgers, portabellos & kebobs. Thanks! Jeff Mail is new and improved - Check it out!
Guest guest
we like this combo: put boiled halved new potatoes, halved ears of corn, black beans, 3 tbsp oil, and seasons (garlic, a pinch of cumin, salt, pepper etc) in foil packet (fold the foil in half, then fold over 2 sides, fill and then fold over last side. I put in hot peppers, onions and sometimes squash. Leave it on the grill for about 20 minutes, turning once. wait for them to cool, especially for kids. Guest guest
My son and I really like grilled tofu. I just press some extra-firm tofu, slice it to the thickness I like, then marinate it overnight. We prefer one of the marinade recipes from Vegan Vittles, but a good bottled barbecue sauce (or any favorite marinade) would work just fine. It may take a little practice when it comes to actually grilling the tofu slices, though! I think my hubby uses a long set of tongs for this....he's very proud of the fact that he's gotten pretty good at grilling tofu, even though he's a die-hard meat-eater. Guest guest
Get a Grill wok basket. They can be found in any decent deparment store. Then throw everything and anything in it and experiment with different sauces. Grilled veggies are the best. bike n veg <bike_n_veg wrote:Do you have some great backyard grilling recipes that you're willing to pass on?
