Guest guest
Hi everyone, im continuing my book and with feedback ive been getting, I have decided to include a section to explain to parents why children choose not to eat meat. I was wondering if you could tell me your childs age, why they dont eat meat or any other reasons children choose not to. Id like the first hand knowledge to add to the book, and ill put you in my acknowledgments. Thanks Nick
Guest guest
I would love to say that my children don't eat meat for some socially consciencous(sp?) reason....like we don't eat pets, so why would we eat a cow? Or we want to save our environment. But they are only 2, 4, and 6. They don't eat meat because they don't like it....simple as that. Guest guest
I love my boys more than life. Anything that will teach them healthly living, respect for life and otherwise help them growing into strong, healthy, well adjusted and productive members of society, I'll do. pats2000_2001_ca <nick.chignall wrote: Hi everyone, im continuing my book and with feedback ive been getting, I have decided to include a section to explain to parents why children choose not to eat meat. Guest guest
My second child became veg first. She doesn't like meat and never has but she used to eat chicken nuggets. She became veg because she is a real animal lover. She didn't realize that the chicken nuggets were real chickens and when she figured that out she stopped eating them. Now she will ask what kind of animal is that when she sees meat? My older daughter became veg because she also doesn't want to hurt animals. It has been more challenging for her though since she really likes that taste of meat. They are both very comapssionate and can't stand the thought of hurting animals. They also don't want to wear anything leather or fur and get very upset when they see anyone wearing it. My baby will be vegan when she starts eating.
