Guest guest
Sorry, I was mistaken. I posted it to another group. Here it is pasted from that post... Chickpea patties I just throw a 19oz can of chickpeas in a bowl, mash them up (but not pureed), add a blob of tahini (somewhere around 2 tbsp.), add a little lemon juice and some bread crumbs (I use finely crushed crackers when I don't have any bread crumbs). Then I sprinkle on sage, rosemary (I prefer the ground so you don't get the needles in your teeth), thyme and savory (sometimes I just use poultry seasoning). Mix it all up. Make patties with your hands and fry them in a little bit of oil. They are really yummy. Guest guest
These sound really good, like hummus patties. I think even my kids will eat these.
