Guest guest
I am new to this group, but I wanted to share my experiences about shopping for vegan items for my daughter. Firstly, I have been ordering shampoo and bubble bath for her from veganessentials.com (I think the products are Rainbow or something) and have been very happy with these. The shampoo has gotten into her eyes a couple of times, and no problems, and it does not dry out her hair. Last week I bought her some of those Converse All Star canvas shoes (I was surprised that they have them that small!) They are cute, but a little difficult to put on someone else (especially an active child, although she usually helps to some extent). Does anyone know of a good source (online or not) other than Payless (I have had some luck there too) for nonleather shoes? I also noticed that kidbean.com has some hemp shoes. Has anyone tried those? I feel pretty isolated here in regards to finding these products, especially locally, so I was really psyched to find this group. Peace, Melissa

Guest guest
I just bought a pair of New Balance trail runners and they are great! They are a cross between a running shoe and a hiker.
