Guest guest
thankyou for sharing this i am all the time skeptical about this. such mistakes can happen anytime.. so inspite of the written paper, we stress about it almost every day. and ontop we pack lunch for my son from home so for most part we are covered, its just for snack that we need to worry about.. and we have told them so many times that they have it written on the walls of the room, " NO MEAT for Akshur " " NO CHEESE FOR AKSHUR " etc.... hopefully thats working Shree ______________________ > > Message: 2 > Tue, 2 Aug 2005 15:59:54 -0700 (PDT) > janeen minguillo <jminshan > Pre-school fed son meat, lost in court... > > > > Following up on a previous topic a while back, the > school that fed my son meat on 2 occassions won in > local small claims court. Guest guest
Hi Janeen It sounds like you have really gone through a rough time. I think that focusing on what you need most is a very sensible plan. It sounds like you are having some problems with depression (probably situationally caused by your surgery). You might want to talk to your doctor about that so that you can feel better and be a happier mom. I hope that you are healing well and that things are looking up for you very soon. Perhaps you can find a short preschool program (just mornings or just afternoons) that would take some of the stress off your babysitter but would avoid the meal time issues. Good luck. Being a mom is a hard (but fantastic!) job, that is much harder when you are seriously ill. I have been there myself but it will get better. Jacqueline C. Guest guest
I was thinking of this too, but someone told me the school could have legal action against me if they lost business since they won the legal case. My fury has died down about it all, and I'm embarrassed that I don't have the energy to fight it properly. Thanks for all the support.
