Guest guest
After getting too many comments about my graying hair, particularly the one from my 2-year old who asked " Why does Mommy [in her early 40's] have white and black hair?, " I've decided to consider hiding the gray! Does anyone know of any temporary coloring products that don't have any harmful substances in them and are vegan? I searched for such a product a couple of years ago, but came up with nothing. Guest guest
I used to use henna colouring and they also had some other great hair dyes at the healthfood store that weren't toxic. I've been dying my hair since I was 27 due to grey hair (and for fun sometimes before that). Guest guest
Aren't you lucky.. this 28 year old mommy has had gray for years.. I use Herbal Essences on my hair. http://www.ivu.org/faq/products.html I don't really know what " over 99% vegan " means. I guess that is a catch all to say they can't guarantee it as a 100% vegan. Its not tested on animals either. So it works for me. Guest guest
Hello! I am a hair stylist and a colorist and I use Tocco Magico haircolor on myself and in the salon. It is cruelty free, not tested on animals, and uses a coconut creme base instead of chemicals. Furthermore, it is made in Italy, where environmental standards are much higher. Any byproducts created in the making of the color are neutralized in their plant before waste is released.(which means the waste is pure water!) Truly the most aware color line I have found. I also use Pureology cleansing and styling products,( vegan Check your local salons!!! Hope your color is a beautiful experience Kimberly Renee Carroll <renecarol25 wrote: Aren't you lucky.. this 28 year old mommy has had gray for years..
