My daughter likes the children's vitalets by Freeda that Veganessentials.com

sells. She never liked the vegan gummi bear type vitamins, but I know other

kids do.

My little girls take Yummi Bears Vegetarian Multi-Vitamin & Mineral. They don't

say " vegan " on them, but they say on the label they're free of Yeast, Wheat,

Milk, Egg, Soy, Salt, artifical colors/flavors. They *love* 'em. They also

drink the Emergen-C packets (the kids one) everyday during cold & flu season and

they stay remarkably healthy.

Best of health,

Faith & girls
